Burmington Barn is ideal for a romantic break, private use of hot tub (open until 10pm at night), pet friendly, edge of the Cotswolds

All on the ground floor:
Living room: With 55" 4K ultraHD Smart TV.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine
Bedroom: With king size bed, wardrobe and chair
Bathroom: With corner bath, shower cubicle and toilet.
Outside there is a private patio area with a hot tub. Also access to a shared guest paddock

The space
Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. There is a log burner, logs are not provided but can be brought onsite or you are welcome to bring logs from home with you. Small enclosed patio with garden furniture. There is also a separate Paddock/garden area adjacent to the Barn which has a picnic bench where you can relax or say hello to our very friendly pet shetland sheep, 2 Rhea birds, pygmy goats and juliana pet pigs. Guests are welcome to exercise their dogs in the garden but as they are next to the sheep paddock we ask that they are kept on a lead. There is also a badminton set with net, rackets and shuttlecocks available to use. This paddock is shared between the two holiday lets that we have. Private parking. No smoking.

Other things to note
Check in is from 5pm and checkout is strictly by 10am. Pets are very welcome but we do ask that they are house trained and we only accept a maximum of 1 well behaved dog (some exceptions have been made if small dogs). We also ask that dogs are not left unsupervised in the property at any time. Dogs are also not allowed in the bedroom or on any of the bedding or furniture - extra cleaning charges apply if these rules are found to be broken.
